In and out! Went there this past Tuesday via appointment, I met Joel my sales person. Bought a 14 year old truck (harley ford 150) my questions were answered p Went there this past Tuesday via appointment, I met Joel my sales person. Bought a 14 year old truck (harley ford 150) my questions were answered professionally and personally. Salesman went to the back and brought out Jimmy the mechanic who was very familiar with the vehicle and went over the truck in and out. Ordered a part for the door and it was there next day. The flip side to this deal was, i told Joel, we have a deal but i need this done by noon the next day, had a lot of errons to do that day. He was off that day and still made sure it was ready. I drove of the lot 11:45. Don't get better than that folks! More

Our salesman was Alain Georges-Pierre who took the time to answer any and all questions we had. It was a smooth process filling out the loan application - one of the finance managers came and explained all the financing options and went over the extended warranties. When we picked up the vehicle Alain went into detail on all the features and options the vehicle had and how to work everything, I would not hesitate going back again and would highly recommend this dealership to both my friends and family. Poor Salesman Robert Warner. Not trustworthy. I went into Levittown Ford to look for a Ford Explorer. I was introduced to Robert Warner. He was certainly nice and well spoken. He spent the firs I went into Levittown Ford to look for a Ford Explorer. I was introduced to Robert Warner. He was certainly nice and well spoken. He spent the first few minutes of our meeting showing myself and my wife one or two of the 2017 Vehicles they had in their outside lot. He then sat us at his desk. He took our information and i told him what i was looking for. We discussed the fact that I had purchased many new cars in the past and including a current Ford Expedition and was looking to make a decision soon. He then went to talk to his manager (to get us a price ... I assumed )and made us wait 25 minutes to only come back to his desk and NOT give us a price. He showed us a printout of the sticker price of the car that we were interested in and he told us to go around get other prices and then come back. I told him that was ridiculous and that he should give us the best possible price now and that although I will still price around, I will certainly come back to him to compare. He refused again!!! He said i was just going to use the price he gave us and get a better price somewhere else and not come back. By this time i was getting annoyed as I have purchased or leased more than 15 new cars in my lifetime and never once was I refused a price. He told me his manager didn't want to give me the price , but he would go back and talk to him. After another 15 minutes of waiting my wife and i decided to walk out. NOW here is the kicker! When i approached him and his manager at the front desk and told them " NEVER MIND... We will take are business elsewhere" The manager said " Please wait I am working on the price for you" and when i said that Robert told us that you didnt want to give us the price initially...ROBERT said" Thats not true... i never said that:" Now that is totally xxxxxxxx!!! Robert is the kind of salesman that gives this business a bad name! Just a liar and not trustworthy! Take your business elsewhere....... More

NO RESPONSE I sent 3 emails to this dealership and spoke twice with Brittany from internet sales who said someone would call me in 2 days. That in itself seems ridiculous for a dealership to wait that long when I am informing them that I want to pick up a vehicle within the week. I even sent the specifics of what I was looking for. Needless to say, I ended up going with a great leasing company and am having a fully loaded 2017 Ford Explorer delivered to my house next tuesday. In addition, they are buying out my lease. So glad I didn't waste time with Levittown Ford. Don't waste your time calling this dealership. More
