I have to say this has been the best experience to date that I have had with sales and finance personnel. They were more than accommodating and worked with me on the price. I am a pain in the xxx but a loyal customer. I would recommend if you want a new or used Ford, please go see Manny Mori. I would like also to to mention Fernando Barreiro in finance who did a stellar job searching around for the best rate and worked a fantastic warranty and accessories into the payment that wasn't a gut punch. I will have to write another review hopefully when I have my first service appointment. That will b the true test. Either thank you Gentlemen. Was a pleasure. i went to lease ford Edge my first choice for a new SUV was ford Edge. Me and my wife went to dealership in levittown. The salesperson we spoke was not engaging since he was in my first choice for a new SUV was ford Edge. Me and my wife went to dealership in levittown. We felt he really wanted to go home and was in his phone. he didn't try to retain us as a new customer. he thought we can not afford the SUV. we were in and out in 30 mins. I work in retail business too and i would never recommend this sales person or i would never hire him to work for me. More

In and out! Went there this past Tuesday via appointment, I met Joel my sales person. Bought a 14 year old truck (harley ford 150) my questions were answered p Went there this past Tuesday via appointment, I met Joel my sales person. Bought a 14 year old truck (harley ford 150) my questions were answered professionally and personally. Salesman went to the back and brought out Jimmy the mechanic who was very familiar with the vehicle and went over the truck in and out. Ordered a part for the door and it was there next day. The flip side to this deal was, i told Joel, we have a deal but i need this done by noon the next day, had a lot of errons to do that day. He was off that day and still made sure it was ready. I drove of the lot 11:45. Don't get better than that folks! More
