No one Cares !! I am a current Levittown Ford customer as I leased from them in March 2015, but I see much has changed since then. My husband and I went to in to l !! I am a current Levittown Ford customer as I leased from them in March 2015, but I see much has changed since then. My husband and I went to in to look for a car for him and were trying to figure out our best options even thinking about an early lease renewal for myself. The first encounter was short, but we chose to go back and really see if there was a deal we could make. It was clear that the salesman did not want to do business with us. He LIED to us about his 2017 Edge inventory, encouraged me to hold onto my lease and make a deal on the new 2018 (shocking), and maybe my husbands car could last a little longer OR go to Chevy! Wait aren't I at Ford?! This salesman knew my husband was a first responder (NYPD) and a Veteran (being it was Veterans weekend) and needed a car to get him to work. The ironic part was he could have made a deal and sold 2 cars if he didn't LIE that they only had 1in inventory I can't understand why he would shy away from a deal. We left and I could not believe that he basically blew us off SOMETHING SHADY IS GOING ON AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I called and spoke with a sales manager, who apologized, showed concern, and NEVER called me back. I called the general manager, the one who sends the impersonal blanketed emails to everyone after they visit not even knowing the outcome, and was outreached by the service manager, who said the GM would be calling back. Needless to say I am still waiting on that call. This is a clear indication that their rep was a LIAR and the professionalism of the overall dealership has declined. I would spend your money somewhere else as this dealership is careless and heartless. More

As i walked into the service area, i was greeted by Joe Dequire who was both professional and polite. He took me in immediately and had me out in 30 minutes. This is the second time i have used the Quick lane service and it has been nothing short of rewarding. Customer Service makes a big difference in where i take my car. With Service advisors like Joe, i'm inclined to upgrade my HP at Levittown Ford rather than another shop. Thank you Joe!!! More

I have to say this has been the best experience to date that I have had with sales and finance personnel. They were more than accommodating and worked with me on the price. I am a pain in the xxx but a loyal customer. I would recommend if you want a new or used Ford, please go see Manny Mori. I would like also to to mention Fernando Barreiro in finance who did a stellar job searching around for the best rate and worked a fantastic warranty and accessories into the payment that wasn't a gut punch. I will have to write another review hopefully when I have my first service appointment. That will b the true test. Either thank you Gentlemen. Was a pleasure. i went to lease ford Edge my first choice for a new SUV was ford Edge. Me and my wife went to dealership in levittown. The salesperson we spoke was not engaging since he was in my first choice for a new SUV was ford Edge. Me and my wife went to dealership in levittown. We felt he really wanted to go home and was in his phone. he didn't try to retain us as a new customer. he thought we can not afford the SUV. we were in and out in 30 mins.
