I intended to write a great review about Levittown Ford, but as you will read, everything went South. Last Saturday my wife and I went to Levittown Ford to look at a pre-owned Ford Edge. We liked the car a but as you will read, everything went South. Last Saturday my wife and I went to Levittown Ford to look at a pre-owned Ford Edge. We liked the car and agreed to the price and terms. My wife drove the car. The car didn’t sound right and we asked the salesman to have service look at it. We left Levittown Ford on Saturday and were told that we could sign the papers and pick up the car on Monday. When we were in a few minutes away from Levittown Ford, a manager called us and said that he wanted to do a few things to the car. We went to Levittown Ford on Monday anyhow to sign the paperwork. He said that we could have the car on Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday, Wednesday became Thursday, Thursday became Friday. They would not return our phone calls and didn’t answer the phone when our name came up. They gave us 3 different reasons for what was wrong with the car. I could understand how dealerships get at the end of the month, but there is no excuse for this treatment. What was going to be a very positive review turned into this review. More

I recently purchased a preowned Grand Cherokee, and the process was by far one of the best I've ever experienced. Upon meeting the salesman, Brad Simon, it was evident that he was a true pro. Kind, patient process was by far one of the best I've ever experienced. Upon meeting the salesman, Brad Simon, it was evident that he was a true pro. Kind, patient, not pushy in any way! He listened to concerns and all issues were addressed prior to purchase. His manager, Kevin Kirby was also outstanding! Kevin was able to address all of my concerns, even though this was a USED car, with kindness, respect and total professionalism. The same sentiment goes for Eric in finance, a true professional, honest, also not pushy in terms of options at purchase. It's not often that purchasing a used car goes this smoothly or without hiccups, but this team gets it done with excellent communication, kindness and respect for the buyer. Thanks to you all for a fantastic buying experience! More

Not only should The Ford Company revoke your business with them, but the State of NY consumer fraud should investigate you for ripping people off... . Shame on you ... I am spreading this all over the internet, YouTube, Facebook and every other social media site... Oh and PS I will be notifying Ford Corp. as well as the NY Attorneys Generals Office for Investigation into consumer fraud... I hope that few extra thousand dollars is worth loosing your reputation, I can only Imaging how long and how many people got scammed by you xx in the past... More
