Then call again on Saturday that department is close please call back on Monday, when Call on Monday someone will call you back. When I stated to question the run around I was asked why I was given a hard time. I was told that ONLY one guy in the entire country is the only one that programs the kit. To wait till the end of day and this special one guy will call to proceed with the program. I’ve done this 2 other times on other trucks and don’t remember waiting for a call. When I called the Dealer that I purchased from eBay they got on right way. Shouldn’t purchase this from this dealer!!! Update 01/30/18 The remote kit that I purchased and the service that comes with works 100% I highly recommend this kit to anyone that wants cell communication with your truck. 15 minutes installation and 2 minutes in the phone to confirm the program with outside company. This is my 3rd time installing this on my Trucks. My mistake was purchasing from Levittown Ford internet sales department. Bad Bad customer service and sarcastically when talking with you. I hope this clears up the difference between the product itself and the Dealer that sold to me. More

Courteous and Caring Customer Service Usually a Dealership has to cut corners somewhere. If you get a great purchase price, you figure that they saved money in their Service Department. . I guess they do such a great volume that every aspect of the Dealership is great. When I went to their Service Department last Saturday, and I was greeted by Joseph LaMonica. Joe was kind, caring, and thoughtful. He made me feel as if I was actually the reason why he was there today. He checked into my situation and made sure I was given the best deal possible to keep my car safe and on the road. The service was done faster than I expected, and I even saw a layout in the waiting room with bagels and Coffee, and a Big screen TV. Give me my slippers, and it could have been as if I was home. Joe, and the rest of the Staff there lived up to my expectations, and ensured that the next car I buy should be bought, and Serviced by Levittown Ford. More

They kept changing the numbers and were trying to force us into what they had. This was for my son's birthday,which was now only two days away. I told him over the phone EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO PAY. Told him I was ready to do business immediately. He took a leap of faith, found not only what I had requested, but FAR SURPASSED ANYTHING I COUD HAVE EXPECTED. We had pulled into Levittown Ford at 8 p.m.; DEAL DONE AT 8:05 p.m. He promised that car would be ready the next day, in time for my son's birthday. I have no words for just how HAPPY JOHNATHAN made me. It was through his tenaciousness and professionalism that we are now proud owners of the 2018 Ford Escape. Couldn't have done it without him.
