We leased for the first time three years ago and we decided to renew our lease with them this December. Danny "K" (Daniel Krauciunas) was a prince of a man and made the renewal easy and financially competitive. Vinny took care of the business and credit aspect and kept in constant touch with me when necessary. We took delivery of our new 2019 Ford Edge Titanium AWD a few days ago on my wife's birthday. Levittown Ford surprised my wife with a Birthday display arranged by the General Manager, Ken Banks and executed by Danny K and Darnell Desforges. As my wife walked in, the car was front and center in the showroom, under a red tent with Happy Birthday balloons and big red bows. What a stylish celebration of our new purchase! (see photos). Kudos also to Michael Piscopo and Paul Hart of Levittown service for taking good care of our 2015 Edge. Levittown Ford is part of the VIP Auto Group, so even if you decide on something other than a Ford, you will get the same great pricing, service and commitment to satisfaction at one of the other VIP. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Brought my 2016 F-150 truck in with check engine light on I made an appointment with Levittown Ford, because of a check engine light on my 2016 F-150. They are so backed up that it was a 3 week plus wait. I bought my truck in and sat with Joe Deguire a service rep and discussed the problem. It was an intake manifold issue. My Truck was just over the 36000 mile warranty and I didn't buy it there. Ut oh, your thinking, same here. I knew the problem would or should be covered under warranty, a few threads I have read there is an issue with this and ford is aware. I brought my truck to a previous dealership and they were rude and said it was not covered. Not going there again. I texted Joe later that day about the status of the vehicle, His exact response was the parts are ordered and they will be in tomorrow. Like anyone who has ever had the pleasure of dealing with a dealership. My next question was: 'Is it under warranty"! Joes response was "it is". It will be all done later that afternoon. Wow... I shouldn't have been surprised but I was. The thing is, that all the people at Levittown Ford did a great job, they where polite, courteous, and got everything in a timely manner. Which isn't that the job.. The thing is today, is everyone is moving fast, communications, internet, etc. that we forget that there needs to be a human factor and time to take to say Hello, Thank you, and just be well mannered and polite. My experience with Levittown Ford was just that. Out of the 3 dealerships in the Nassau County, the only dealership I would go to without question is Levittown Ford. New car came with damage - first and last time here I purchased a brand new Ford Explorer XLT. The vehicle came with a total of 4 chips where paint was on the 2 left side doors. The windshield had scrat I purchased a brand new Ford Explorer XLT. The vehicle came with a total of 4 chips where paint was on the 2 left side doors. The windshield had scratches. The drivers door window had a chip. I did bring it back to touch these things but without completely replacing windows - there is still evidence of the damage this "new" car came with. In addition - they manhandled and ripped off my old license places to put on the new car. As a result, I have badly damaged plates and now I have to go to the DMV to pay for new plates and spend what will likely be a lot of time at the DMV. I never had this issue buying Hondas, Toyotas and Jeeps in my past. Not sure if it's a Ford issue or just an issue with this one dealership. First and last time I will use come here for a new car. If you prefer new cars without damage, I recommend staying away. More

He was able to answer every question that I had. In general he made my experience so pleasant and was able to customize everything according to my needs. I give my best recommendation of him to any person who's looking to lease or finance a car. It was such a great environment to be in. I thought that he was awesome and I was also amazed by Adam the finance manager who explained everything in great detail. I give my best rating to them who do magnificent job. More
