Good afternoon Anthony, We are sorry for our technician leaving wires out by the CD door and that tech will have accountability for not double checking his work. The issue with the state inspection was handled properly by my staff because we adhere to the state guidelines and your tail light was cracked. The issue with your $500 deductible on your extended warranty is your responsibility to inform us upfront. As I stated in my email informing you that you did not buy the car here nor serviced your car here until this month. Having said that there was no information in our data base stating that you indeed had a $500 deductible. All through your service visit there were emails back and forth of you complaining about paying for the work you authorized and we provided. The back ordered vent will be sent to you on us. Bill Ballan, I appreciate your timely response however I have already made an appointment with Bayshore Ford. Yes it is a bit out of my way as I live in North Massapequa but when I left a message I was called back within 5 min and had no problem setting an appointment. "Retrain" your staff ??? I am glad you are not my "Boss" Tossing those in your charge under the bus for training that should of been done correctly the first time. Even if they were correctly trained, you get what you inspect not always what you expect. Ongoing training and evaluation and feedback should be a part of your corporate culture. The level of your organization can only rise to that of the leadership in place. Positive feedback enhances employee moral that translates into superior customer relations. Constructive feedback leads to employee growth that leads back to positive employee feedback. A correct ongoing training program also helps identify employees that need to be weeded out as well as those that should be promoted both of these actions contribute to achieving your organization's goals.
