Horrible ! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICES !!! Also charged me $3K for a part that I was not having any issues with. Here’s the best part I went to shop couple of blocks from them and they advised me the camera is slightly bent which is why I’m not getting proper view and told me it will cost 100 bucks only. ordinary repair shops can find out the problem but Levittown Ford Techs with “experience” couldn’t. Uninviting and unvalued customer. 1-New to the location and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. 2-Unaware, the service location was not in the same location as the 1-New to the location and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. 2-Unaware, the service location was not in the same location as the dealership on Hempstead tpke location, of which I made a service appointment and received a email reminder. Never disclosed there was a different location. 3-The service manager Nicholas Brown, when asked did not know who the owners were or neglected to name then when asked. The said "Joel" is one of them and when asked he replied, "I dont know his last name, we go by first name bases". Really, you mean you work for a company/business and can't even tell me who the owner or CEO is? Unacceptable or unless he thought we were stupid we cant do a google search. 4-We were told a loaner is not offer for our New Vehicle because it was not purchased at that location. That is the owners rule. You mean to say, If I brought a vehicle from anywhere, and new at that, live or choose this location for my service needs of the convience to my home, and warranty work, recall work is being done, I am not entitled to a loaner? I'm a first responder and if I had to leave my vehicle overnight, I can't go to work? That is what I was told. Never have I heard of such. I've had many cars makes and models and the dealer service station I chose never dismissed me in this way. I am appalled. Well I will not be having my service completed at this location. I did not have my service attended to. I will inform my friends and co-workers of my experience at this location and will not be returning. A Just want you to know. More
Horrible Experience I brought my car in for some warranty work; the car was there for 10 days, I got the car back got home and found the Technician left some wiring harne I brought my car in for some warranty work; the car was there for 10 days, I got the car back got home and found the Technician left some wiring harness in front of the CD door causing it to jam up. I had to bring the car back for the second time and had them do my inspection and then they fail it for a minor tail light crack. After we addressed that issue then then notified me that they forgot to charge me a $500 deductible and wanted to hold me accountable for their mistake. They threatened to hold my car hostage until I paid. 8 days later so 18 days all together I'm finally getting the car back. The GM also went ahead and directed his Service Manager to never service any of my vehicles again when his dealership was the one at fault. No accountability for the poor maintenance nor for the lack of leadership. I would not recommend anyone to use this service department and hope with this review changes are made. More
One star is too high for the sales department. I was told in writing via text with a Sales associate an excellent deal. Show up at the dealer the next day and the “fine print” of the deal was not discus told in writing via text with a Sales associate an excellent deal. Would not give me a Service Appointment Called Service Dept had me on hold for exactly 10:32. Tried to make an appointment to bring my wife's 2014 Escape in for, check eng light, oil change Called Service Dept had me on hold for exactly 10:32. Tried to make an appointment to bring my wife's 2014 Escape in for, check eng light, oil change while there and for NYS inspection. Was told I could just come in with no appointment to their quick service lane. I explained that I did go to quick service lane and left after waiting almost 3 hours for service and that I would like to make an appointment to drop off the car and pick it up when it is done. Was told that they would not make an appointment for me that I had to go through the quick service lane... ?????????????????? I guess business for them is so good they don't need anymore customers so I will help them out by going somewhere else. More

Terrible - total lack of customer service This will be my 4th time -yes that's right 4 times in as many months getting repairs for 2 recall issues. They had my car for over 30 days combined du This will be my 4th time -yes that's right 4 times in as many months getting repairs for 2 recall issues. They had my car for over 30 days combined during the previous visits, & I am still having problems. They have never offered a loaner car after I requested several times- they keep my car for days & sometimes weeks with no regard for how I am to get around without a car. I would think the car should have been fixed correctly in all that time, you could build a new car faster then they can fix even minor problems. Everything is a bunch of lame excuses. No one there can make a decision, the manager Tom is never there & he does not return calls. Total lack of communication & extremely poor customer service. One of them even suggested I purchase a new car! My 6yr old car has 36k I do not think I should need a NEW car at this time. If not for the recall I would never have gone here- stay away !!! Its just been a frustrating experience all around. More

They used to do appointments for everything. They say to go to quick lane. I went to quick lane. Over 2 hours for an oil change! And they didn’t have time to do my 40,000 maintenance or check the noise my car was making. But 2 days prior i tried to make an appointment and get a loaner and they said no! Go to quick lane. So i can’t make an appointment and quick lane said they had no time (at 7:00 in the morning). So how does one get this stupid expensive maintenance done? Over the past years the service here has deteriorated. I am about to buy a new car and absolutely love my escape... but with this degree of horrible service I’ll be forced to go somewhere else More
