I had a negative experience that I had posted earlier. Almost immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by the manager Charles. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when people make excuses. Charles’ candor was exceptional! He did not try to pass the buck and immediately took responsibility and wanted to rectify it. Charles and his team went above and beyond to address my issue and it was clear he took control of the situation to make sure it was addressed. To say at this point I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Everyone is entitled to make an error and the way that Charles and his team stepped up to the plate afterwards was outstanding. I commend Charles and his team for making me a loyal customer and ownership should be thrilled to have such a competent person running that department. More

I don’t know 4 weeks in advance when my car will break down. They used to rent you a car and they don’t do that anymore. The customer service has changed drastically for the worse over the years. In the market for a new car. Rest assured it will not be a Ford from this dealer I have both numerous cars from this dealer but they just refuse to help anymore. I cannot be without a car. UPDATE 1/13/21 we received a call from Bill on 12/24. He personally made arrangements for us to get a loaner, and as of today our car has been repaired We were very happy about this. I just hope that this will be the case going forward I would like to think that all customers will get loaners as needed and not have to go what we went thru to get one. In the end Ford did the right thing. I will be calling soon to bring my other car for a recall, inspection,and scheduled maintenance. Fingers crossed they don’t tell me, as they have in the past.. “we don’t give loaners for that” More
Purchased 3 Vehicles from Levittown Ford over the past 7-8 years. Sales Department always very professional, friendly and helpful in accommodating the vehicle we liked at a fair price. Recently, we had a 7-8 years. Sales Department always very professional, friendly and helpful in accommodating the vehicle we liked at a fair price. Recently, we had a problem with a service warrant on one of our vehicles. Although friendly and helpful, the vehicle was not repaired properly by the Service Department to my satisfactory. Bill Ballan, General Manager, stepped in and personal handle the repair issues. Mr. Ballan was very professional, understanding and ensure the repairs would be completed properly and in a timely matter. Upon picking up the vehicle, Mr. Ballan exceeded my expectations not only with the repairs but detail the vehicle as well. I want to make you aware, that I waited over a week before posting this review. Mr. Ballan definitely adds a professional standard and pride in workmanship that you would only expect to find in a five star dealership. Thank you!! More
Initially me review of Levittown Ford was going to be different then the review I am leaving now. That is all due to the General Manager Bill Ballan. My niece brought her car in for some mechanical issues. After receiving some miscommunication from the Service Dept. she became upset which lead me to do a quick google search. With each review I saw Bill respond so I decided to call him. Even on the holiday weekend he responded very quickly and with open ears. He was extremely friendly and professional and willing to help. He promised a return call by 12:15 and I recieved the call at 11:45. He worked with the service department and the car was done by 4:30 p.m. not the weeks she was told it would take. I would recommend Levittown Ford to anyone and anyone that has any issues should reach out to Bill. I have no doubt he would step in immediately and make sure you are taking care of. Thank you Bill. You are amazing. More

Horrible ! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICES !!! I went in because my backup camera not showing the proper view, instead of fixing the issue they made the navigation and rear view assist disappear. went in because my backup camera not showing the proper view, instead of fixing the issue they made the navigation and rear view assist disappear. Also charged me $3K for a part that I was not having any issues with. Here’s the best part I went to shop couple of blocks from them and they advised me the camera is slightly bent which is why I’m not getting proper view and told me it will cost 100 bucks only. ordinary repair shops can find out the problem but Levittown Ford Techs with “experience” couldn’t. Disgusting ! Disappointed! Dissatisfied! More
Uninviting and unvalued customer. 1-New to the location and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. 2-Unaware, the service location was not in the same location as the 1-New to the location and no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. 2-Unaware, the service location was not in the same location as the dealership on Hempstead tpke location, of which I made a service appointment and received a email reminder. Never disclosed there was a different location. 3-The service manager Nicholas Brown, when asked did not know who the owners were or neglected to name then when asked. The said "Joel" is one of them and when asked he replied, "I dont know his last name, we go by first name bases". Really, you mean you work for a company/business and can't even tell me who the owner or CEO is? Unacceptable or unless he thought we were stupid we cant do a google search. 4-We were told a loaner is not offer for our New Vehicle because it was not purchased at that location. That is the owners rule. You mean to say, If I brought a vehicle from anywhere, and new at that, live or choose this location for my service needs of the convience to my home, and warranty work, recall work is being done, I am not entitled to a loaner? I'm a first responder and if I had to leave my vehicle overnight, I can't go to work? That is what I was told. Never have I heard of such. I've had many cars makes and models and the dealer service station I chose never dismissed me in this way. I am appalled. Well I will not be having my service completed at this location. I did not have my service attended to. I will inform my friends and co-workers of my experience at this location and will not be returning. A Just want you to know. More
Horrible Experience I brought my car in for some warranty work; the car was there for 10 days, I got the car back got home and found the Technician left some wiring harne I brought my car in for some warranty work; the car was there for 10 days, I got the car back got home and found the Technician left some wiring harness in front of the CD door causing it to jam up. I had to bring the car back for the second time and had them do my inspection and then they fail it for a minor tail light crack. After we addressed that issue then then notified me that they forgot to charge me a $500 deductible and wanted to hold me accountable for their mistake. They threatened to hold my car hostage until I paid. 8 days later so 18 days all together I'm finally getting the car back. The GM also went ahead and directed his Service Manager to never service any of my vehicles again when his dealership was the one at fault. No accountability for the poor maintenance nor for the lack of leadership. I would not recommend anyone to use this service department and hope with this review changes are made. More
One star is too high for the sales department. I was told in writing via text with a Sales associate an excellent deal.
