But I noticed the paint peeling in less than a month. I went here to setup an appoint to get the warranty work done and was treated like crap by the owner! He was rude and obnoxious! Now, I drive to Lexington, KY to have all my service work done (oil changes, new tire, etc.). Just like clockwork, they get my money! Have friends that would rather buy where I did than buy from this dealer. More

The service department for this dealership is horrible. I took my car in for recall notice which was a free job. They took my recall slip when I entered, and told me it would be around 60-90 minutes. I sat in the waiting room for about 20-30 minutes and they came and got me to tell me my car was ready and the recall didn't take as long as anticipated. They did not give me a receipt I figured because it was a free recall. My car sounded and ran worse than before, and when I called they told me to give it a few weeks for fluids to get in systems or something to that effect. A month passed and I called again. They told me they had no record of ever working on my car and told me I was lying about bringing it in to them. Long story short, they made my car worse than when I brought it to them, and refused to acknowledge they ever did any work on it or that I brought it in to them. Customer service, employees' moral ethics, quality of work, and everything is horrible about this place. Never take your vehicle here or even buy anything here. More
I went to the dealership for an oil change. It was quick and speedy, but one of the salesmen there backed into my car on the way out. He apologized and admitted that the accident was his fault because he didn't see me. The damage was approximately $1000. They agreed to pay for the damages and I had to return three days later to drop off the vehicle. When I came back, I asked if I could get a loner car. The owner (Lester Raines) wanted to speak to me in person. He refused to give me a loner car at his expense even though the accident was at the fault of the dealership. In fact, I asked this question politely and I received an angry reply. I asked for a simple courtesy ride home and I would not even need one back. Again, he refused. He even threatened to not pay for the damages and sue me. I was furious. My father spoke to him and he got even more angry. I got angry and he cursed me out. I honestly believed that he was going to hurt me right then and there. At this point, all I wanted was my car keys so I could leave. I reported him to Honda and a full investigation is going on concerning his dealership. I also noted that I did not even want his dealership to fix my car as there is no more trust for his company. I have no desire to even look at his dealership, let alone step foot on it. More
Never bought a car from these guys, and based on their service department I never would. It's possible they've reformed their practices since I dealt with them, but not likely from what I hear. I should clarify that my last dealing with them was in about 2000. I was told AFTER I paid about $700 for extensive service to my Honda that the work would not be warranted in any way. The service manager told me this literally as I was walking out the door with keys in hand. I stopped payment on the check pending resolution, and then was told by Lester Raines himself that he was "close friends with the sheriff" (?) and would sue me if I did not pay. Eventually, I did. The car never ran right again, and I don't blame them entirely for that but they certainly could have told me (BEFORE taking my money) that the car was not worth salvaging. I had the best service experiences EVER with various Honda dealerships in Ohio and Virginia, until I visited these jokers. I drive Volvos now. More
Mark is a awesome dealer.. He got me into my 2008 Ridgeline in no time. My Ridgeline is a Awesome truck.. 4 wheeldrive, Inside trunk in the bed of the truck.. Basic model but I love it.
