Best Service Department in the valley. Took Honda van in for oil change. Was also told battery was at 50%, did I want to replace it. I said absolutely. When I take my car in for service, I am completely satisfied that my car is in good working order when I leave. Takata air bag disaster When my 2011 Honda CRV was recalled for the takata air bag in April, 2016, we called Lester Raines and was informed no parts would be available for ab When my 2011 Honda CRV was recalled for the takata air bag in April, 2016, we called Lester Raines and was informed no parts would be available for about 6 months to fix the problem. Also no dealer offer for another safe car to drive while parts arrived. This lead to a short discussion with my wife, after which we traded the vehicle for a new Subaru Outback, then also sold our other two Honda's and replaced them also with new Subaru Outbacks. The poor response to the takata air bag ended my interest in driving Honda's, which I had driven exclusively for 40 years. From our friends in other locations, rental cars were provided by the dealers until the Honda vehicles recalled were repaired with safe air bags. More
