Also, I think it is outrageous that you charge a $2.99 fee for documentation retention. I brought our Mazada in for servicing the same week and was charged a $2.99 fee for that car also. If I had reviewed the bills at the dealership, I would have asked for a refund of those two charges. I keep my own records. I think your charges are excessive to begin with its insulting to see this charge. Kathy gets 5 stars as always; she is a pleasure to speak with. She is always kind, professional and upbeat. The service tech who serviced my car gets 5 stars also, I really appreciated his integrity. Also, I test drove a car the day I had my car serviced and then when I check your website it said that you get a $50. gift card to test drive a new vehicle. Is this something I was entitled too? I found out from salesperson that the bolt on my driver's side seat was broken. I was wondering did they discover this in the past when I brought my car in for servicing while it was still under warranty? If so, why was I not made aware of this? More
