The service center is comfortable and accommodating however your prices are outrageous. I have recently relocated to this area; the prices in Bergen County were less that yours. Had my windshield replaced and there was a stress crack within a week. Subaru refused to take responsibility. Ok, just coincidence and bad luck. Had it replaced again and guess what, it happened again with within a week. Subaru refused to take responsibility. Ok, just coincidence and bad luck. Had it replaced again and guess what, it happened again within a week. Took it to another service center and they confirmed it was obviously poor installation. Lester again, refused to take responsibility. It is outrageous!!! Worst customer service ever!!! More
