From the valet, Robert, who makes sure your vehicle is handled like the prized possession it is, to the service writer, Zina Approvato who explains to each and every customer the exact service that was provided and the reason for it, in terms understandable to most anyone. The technicians, each one treats your vehicle as though it were their own, carefully evaluating repairs and suggesting measures to avoid costly future repairs! And when it comes to parts and options, Frank Capaccio translates the language of parts to the most obtunded of customers, me! His attitude of "we CANDO that" reassures even the most hesitant of patrons that excellence is an "everyday" thing! Conscious of a timeline as well as expert customer service, I witnessed each and every employee taking the extra moments to assure customer satisfaction with not only the repairs, but the process! There is a nearly palpable feeling in the facility of contentious service with a family feel! Believe me, you'll want to hug your technician and service writer! More
Fantastic sales experience, service.... less so We bought a Certified used 2014 Crosstrek loaner car with low mileage with the full bumper to bumper warranty. The sales and credit manager experience We bought a Certified used 2014 Crosstrek loaner car with low mileage with the full bumper to bumper warranty. The sales and credit manager experience is the best I've had since I bought my first new car in 1963. Alas... came the "free oil change for life experience". At the second change (abt 20000 miles) we were told the car needed a new EGR valve. Since the car ran like a top, had no engine light codes and still got the same gas mileage as ever, I declined the about $200 repair bill. I took the car to a mechanic I've been using for 20 years and paid him to check the EGR valve and he said... nothing wrong. After the next free oil change we were told we only had 4 total free oil changes and when we showed them the bill for the first free oil change which clearly said... free oil change for life, ( as did the original sales pitch and sales contract) we were told, " Oh that's just something the computer generated" The car now has 76,000 miles on it with the original EGR valve. When I had a tire damaged due to a road hazard last fall and had them check out the tire, they inspected the brakes and said I "was due for rear disc pads soon, did I want to take care of it now?". I declined... I now take my car to my regular mechanic and when I asked him about the rear disc pads last month (5/17), he said... maybe next oil change ( 7,600 mile interval). The great sales experience was marred by their relentless up selling anytime you get near the service department. They are courteous and polite about it almost to a fault, but.... Personally, I'm particularly annoyed by "service up selling" a politically correct way of saying... selling you what you really don't NEED. My 3 star rating as an overall is an average of: 5 stars for buying it... zero for service. More

Brought my 2015 Subaru Forester in for an oil change after putting 8500 miles This Subaru dealership excels in customer service and quality of work. Brought my 2015 Subaru Forester in for an oil change after putting 8500 miles on during a cross country trip. Everything checked out fine except for the tires. The two back tires had very little tread left on them. They showed me the actual tires and assisted me in choosing the best tires for my needs. The next day I brought my Subaru back and they installed the tires. I was given a loaner for the day so that I would not be inconvenienced with having no car for the day. My car was ready when I asked it to be, and the entire process was smooth and effortless. They even waived the cost of aligning my tires as a courtesy. I will always bring my car back to this dealership for service that I can trust. More
Picked up something in my tire had to visit the collision de partment at Lester Glen. From the minute I entered the dealership the service was awesome . From the gentleman who came out to the lot to greet me partment at Lester Glen. From the minute I entered the dealership the service was awesome . From the gentleman who came out to the lot to greet me and direct me where to park my car - to the receptionist who directed me to the proper person the service was great. My case was handled by Kathleen Ottmer who was extremely efficient . Then I was directed to the garage area where the service tech's who were very informative told me that I ran over a Toyota key which was lodged in my tire . The key was then removed and the tire was checked for any leaking etc. When we returned to Kathleen's office she informed me that while the service tech's where checking the tires they saw that the tires needed to be changed and the brakes also needed to be change which I knew. I then asked Kathleen to work up a price for me which was acceptable and the order was written up . While the order was being written up we had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Junior from the service dept. who gave us more information on the tires we were purchasing he was very informative and polite . While I was at the dealership I met Zina the office manager and told her what a great experience it was for me visiting that day . I have a purchased several cars from Lester Glen and have been very satisfied with all of them . This was my first visit to the Lester Glen Subaru Collision Center and I was extremely satisfied. More

repair a tire We hit a pothole and had to call AAA to take the tire off and put on the donut. I called Subaru service the next morning and they got me in and were very helpful and honest. I have the extended warranty and they gave me a new tire under the warranty and all it cost was 42 dollars. Everyone there is very nice to work with. The salesman Drew Jensen came over and made sure I was happy and comfortable. More

We started talking as usual, and asked me if I wanted to trade my car in for a newer one. He searched his computer since I'm very picky when it comes to color and interior. He told me he had "one"'that I would like. He got the car, and I test drove it. I ended up leaving with it. They gave me such a good deal since I'm a repeat customer, I couldn't leave it! Donate and Jamie saw me and took care of me and got me out quickly! I have been dealing with Jay, Donato & Jamie for so long, they seem like family! I recommend my friends and family to Lester Glenn! More
