Arrived without an appt when my vehicle was disabled over 60 miles from home. Complimentary wash missed areas. Windshield washer fluid wasn’t topped off. Lastly a fee was charged for documentation retention. At the price that’s charged for an oil and filter change these are items that just shouldn’t be. I have received better service when the initial oil and filter changes were free after purchasing the vehicle. Considering the lengthy ride for me to get to the dealership I will have to think long and hard before returning for other than warranty issues. More
