Kathy was very helpful in explaining that Subaru wants me to pay to replace a radio that has a design defect. If issue was caused by wear and/or misuse I would understand but a design defect is not a custome to pay to replace a radio that has a design defect. If issue was caused by wear and/or misuse I would understand but a design defect is not a customer responsibility. Dealer provided me with pricing for radio replacement. Also provided me with # for Subaru’s customer care. More
