Best and only place to take your Subaru to for repair work, maintenance . My Service writer is Nicole and she is amazing and awesome and patient, caring . Nicole keeps you updated on your vehicle. I happen to need more work than they thought, and Nicole got me a rental and took care of the paperwork for me. She kept me updated while I was home, and with what was gonig on, that it would be a few more days, due to a a part they were waiting,, did not arrive yet. This is the only Subaru Dealership Service Department that you want to go to, if you want your vehicle properly taken care of. The service area is clean, they have a TV and coffee maker, It is always clean and comfy there if you wait for your vehicle. Everyone is friendly and says hi, how are you, all professional, caring. Kerry Monica Jr , if sees me, stops and gives m a hug and takes a few minutes to speak, asking what's going on with my vehicle. Kerry Monica Jr, is a Great Manager for Subaru, like Nicole, tells me not to worry, they will find out the issue/problem and take care of it. I know my car is in good hands there, for Bobby is a GREAT Mechanic, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He cares and takes pride in his work, and insures that you will be safe in it and everything is working the way it should be. Bobby checks everything and rechecks to make sure all is working well after he has repaired. it. .
