Anthony the Sales Manager was so nice to deal with, not pushy at all, and very professional as was Adonis his Salesman. The dealership has a down home feel to it which I liked. I myself am in the sales field one on one with customers and maybe more than most being in that field I appreciate Larry for taking care of me as he did. He showed the utmost courtesy and professionalism to me and my wife. Took time and care with us and at a comfortable pace. No pressure and walked me through the entire deal perfectly. addressed any and all concerns and or questions completely. Completely taken advantage of - Bring a voice recorder! I have never been taken advantage of so thoroughly in my entire life. When we walked into Mazda we thought we were getting a great deal however once t I have never been taken advantage of so thoroughly in my entire life. When we walked into Mazda we thought we were getting a great deal however once they began to lie to us the lies just kept coming. They had a new salesman tell us that we would get a navigation system with our package however apparently that was wrong. Once they "ate the cost" the lies began to come. They told us that we would get roof racks with our deal and the car would be ready the day after we purchased. When we came back from an hour away te car was not ready, the roof racks were switched to just roof rails and the navigation system mysteriously "needed to be ordered". Though we were upset, Adonis promised us that we could come back with our car in one week and everything would be done in 20 minutes. We finally brought the car in and suddenly 20 minutes had turned into a couple of hours. I had originally asked Adonis if he could provide a loaner car and he told me we would be in and out within 40 mins so there would be no point for a loaner car. We made it clear we did not have time to wait couple hours. When they told us couple hours when we did come back in, Adonis told me that loaner cars need to have appointments. They have lied to me every step of the way and I fully regret signing with them. I have never been treated so horribly by a sales team, and very especially Adonis lied to us with every word out of his mouth. He back us into a corner and made us feel like it was our own fault. We fully plan to speak with the Lester Glenn president and recommend that nobody come to this location unless they have a wish to feel vulnerable and backed into a corner. If I could give this location and dealer a negative star I would. I honestly feel that I should have recorded everything Adonis said and played it back to him so he could understand just how many lies he told. But he would probably say that wasn't his voice. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Lester Glenn and especially stay away from Adonis. More

However, when it came to negotiating a price ten days later, I dealt with Nick and the sales manager. They refused to give us the price we had been quoted just 10 days earlier. The price was now 1000 higher. Wish we could have made a deal, but we were just too far off on price. More
End of Lease purchase After purchasing my Mazda at the end of my lease I was left feeling confused and upset that the price that I was paying did not match the price that w After purchasing my Mazda at the end of my lease I was left feeling confused and upset that the price that I was paying did not match the price that was listed on my lease contact if I decided to purchase my leased Mazda and there was an added fee which I was not aware of either. I also was not sure if I was actually getting the best interest rate due to my outstanding credit score. After checking on interest rates with Chase Mazda Financial I found out their rate would have been a bit lower I quickly called the Mazda dealership to speak with the Manager where I was put through to Joe Bogigan who made an appointment to see me that same day. I was so relieved after speaking with Joe because he went over every part of my contract that I was concerned about and assured me that I was getting the best deal possible. Most of all I was so happy to know that purchasing my lease through Lester Glenn Mazda meant that I would be able to benefit from the outstanding service that I have always gotten from the best dealership including the service department and even the receptionist. I would like to thank and compliment Joe Bogigian for being the nicest manager I have ever met, also, Adonis Guaba the nicest salesman, and Nick Ondeyka the nicest finance person who did my paperwork. This is the best dealership I have ever been in and I will definately tell my family and co- workers too. More
Service problem...SOLVED! I experienced a problem with my initial Service experience with Lester Glenn Mazda. When I couldn't resolve the issues myself, I called Joe Bogigian, I experienced a problem with my initial Service experience with Lester Glenn Mazda. When I couldn't resolve the issues myself, I called Joe Bogigian, and he called me into his office where I explained what had transpired.
