So i went to them for my GMC Terrain SLE Jim Pfister was my sales person could not have been any better to me considering that i needed a new car ASAP my fear was they were going to take advantage of the situation. Could not be farther from the truth They worked with me to get as close to the car i wanted which was great and on the financial side we agreed to a price and then Jim the salesman with the manager lowered the price and the Percent of finance this was all after we had a deal Who could ask for anything more!! For me to get the car Jim stayed after hours with me going over all the paper work and then took time to explain to me the operation of the car this was on Saturday night after the dealership was closed !!! I did not have any friends, acquaintances or relatives there and just walked in. I was greeted warmly and immediately I found I was not pushed to buy, but rather very openly given information and having my questions answered. This lead to my getting a very good price for a new vehicle and receiving an excellent sum for my trade in car. I did shop around and did my on-line research. Other local dealers were not able to offer me the same. I had an excellent car buying experience, much better than in my past 40 plus years. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone. Mike Leone was my salesperson and although a young guy, was very knowledgeable, professional, not at all pushy, very quick and did not ever leave me hanging. I would also recommend asking for him.
