Based on reviews, we decided to go to Lester Glenn. We went in to lease a Mazda CX-5. Salesman Michael Phillips greeted my husband and I at the door. Michael was conscious of our needs (helping us select the appropriate trim), very friendly, and answered all our questions. It's obvious he was knowledgeable about cars, not just Mazda, but in general. "The finance guy" (Kevin) was also helpful. He explained all our warranty/insurance options clearly. A few options were strongly suggested, but we did not feel pressured. Five stars - would recommend both Lester Glenn and Michael P. More
