Love this dealership! Mike played no games with us, we told him exactly what we could afford, what our hope for a car were and he did not disappoint. Michael Ruvo was able to answer all questions while showing us all options making our decision on which car to purchase an easy one. Our experience with Michael as well as the operation at Lester Glenn showing us all options making our decision on which car to purchase an easy one. Our experience with Michael as well as the operation at Lester Glenn in handling all aspects of the process provided us with confidence to decide the very next day to purchase a second vehicle for my fiancé. This was complicated because we wanted swap cars such that she would now get the car I just purchased and me to own the newest one, along with our respective trade-ins. We called Michael directly very early that morning before opening and by the time we drove to the dealership he had everything figured out and arranged to maximize our benefit, the new car ready to test drive, and again addressed all concerns. Our experience with Michael provided us with the confidence to proceed without anxiety normally associated to such transactions.
