He immediately asked if we would like to test drive the new 2011 mazda3 grand touring. It was a great experience! Bill was extremely friendly and handled our situation very well. We asked for the best price he could offer so were didnt have to go back and forth...he was very honest and not pushy like the other dealerships we went to earlier that day. I would definately recommend buying a car from this dealership! In fact my boyfriend is thinking about going in to get a new subaru! Thanks Bill and Lester Glenn for a great experience. More

Who know that buying a new car could actually be a pleasant experience? Our salesman (Rich Festa) took the time to find out what we wanted. He was quite knowledgeable about his produce (we bought a Subaru Forester). No hard-pressure sales tactics. He quoted us a very fair price. Rich and everyone at Lester Glenn bent over backwards to make it a pleasant, CUSTOMER-ORIENTED experience. All car dealerships should be this respectful toward people who walk in their doors. We've owned our new car for one week now, and I've delighted with the car and the entire process. I'd recommend Lester Glenn to everyone. More

The sales staff are Incredibly knowledgeable about the products they are selling. In fact they drive and own the very same cars themselves giving them excellent insight into the vehicles. The team were professional, courteous and friendly and keen to accommodate the customer. They pay close attention to the customer's wishes and needs. test drives in numerous vehicles were offered for the sake of comparison and my final decision was never pressured. The team at Lester Glenn are not pushy or overbearing. They seemed at all times most willing to negotiate for best possible pricing to make a deal and beat the competition and ultimately have a customer leave satisfied in the deal . having bought or leased from various car manufacturers over the past 12 years I can say the team at Lester Glenn are a pleasure to deal with.
