I returned to the dealership to return keys for a lease return and no only did he greet us at the door he brought us to the parts department. I had gone to another dealer before Lester Glenn and the salesman told me to come back with my husband--left that dealer in a snap. Bill Murray treated me like a human being, real person and friend. Bill answered my questions, asked a few of his own to ensure I found the perfect car for me and I ended up buying a car. Bill tended to every aspect of the sale, transfer of insurance, title, plates, etc. He even called to see that I got home fine and again, asking how I like the car. Bill far exceeded any salesman I have met!!! Thanks Bill!!!! More

My husband and I were looking for a good deal at the end of the year. We stopped at Lester Glenn and found it along with a great salesperson. Natalie Nacinovich is not your average salesperson. As we were talking she told us she was at this position only 1 month. You would never know it. Her professionlism, knowledge and knowing how to treat a customer made a sale. She picked the perfect car for us - a Sabaru Forester. We picked up of Forester on New Year's Day. Lester Glenn has Natalie as an asset to the dealership and we purchased a great car to start the 2011. Thanks Natalie and Lester Glenn for hiring her. The popcorn is delicious too!!!!! More

This was probably one of the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman John Dipalo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling as well as the dealerships abi have had in purchasing a new vehicle. The showroom personnel were neat in appearance,well spoken and polite. I found the finance and office staff to be very helpful. The service department appeared to be very neat and run orderly. This is a 5 star dealership. (please note I have purchased or leased in excess of 15 new vehicles so far in my lifetime, so my comments come with foundation). THANK YOU!! More
My experience was very pleasant. The dealership was very busy and I waited a long time to complete the transaction (4 hrs.). The hold up seemed to be mostly in the finance dept.
