This was probably one of the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman John Dipalo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling as well as the dealerships abi have had in purchasing a new vehicle. The showroom personnel were neat in appearance,well spoken and polite. I found the finance and office staff to be very helpful. The service department appeared to be very neat and run orderly. My experience was very pleasant. The dealership was very busy and I waited a long time to complete the transaction (4 hrs.). The hold up seemed to be mostly in the finance dept. Kathy the Subaru Service Coordinator is an absolute Gem, she'll take care of you, your car and try her best to keep it all reasonable. We have dealt with several salesmen and women in some trying circumstances and never had any complaints. My better half is tough on cars, so they'd better be able to hold up. She averages 120K miles on a car, and her WRX has taken a licking, it has 123K on it and will be the next to visit with Lester Glenn Subaru! She's thinking about a Legacy, she thinks the new WRX is too 'Round', but she doesn't like shoe-boxes either. More

About a month ago I started looking for a car. Had no clue what I even wanted. Josh took the time with no hesitation I was shown ever car that would fit my needs but just couldn't decide. Josh made me feel like I didn't have to rush and jump right in to any car,or feel pressured: I would know right away when its exactly, what I want. After looking around at other places also, I found one and I figured I would settle. However it was not with Lester Glen: at this other place I felt so pressured and forced to get this new car and was so stressed and unhappy,It was not worth it, so I got up and walked out of that dealership. I went back to Lester Glen and meet with Josh, cause I felt comfortable, and couldn't buy with another dealership with lack of care or rudeness. It was not worth saving 5 bucks. In three minutes Josh had the perfect car for me and my family. I was so excited, happy, actually jump up and down like I was 5 again. I could not believe how perfect this car was. I believe it happened so fast, when I went back because, from day one when I walked in their Josh took the time to get to know me and my family, our needs, and wants. Every other dealer I have ever dealt with has just wanted to know my credit score and make a deal. I and my family will always be repeat customers their and refer Josh to anyone we know or meet. Josh was the key to me driving away in my new car that night, as well as a gentleman named Anthony. I thank both of them for helping me, and making it happen. I thank the entire staff, Everyone we meet there was amazing! My family and I got more then we could ask for and I realize now it's not just a price tag, or who thinks they have the best price, you must feel comfortable with whom you buy with, cause getting a new car plus that over all experience.
