First attempt buying a car not so good.. This was my first new car ever and I wanted the rite car for the rite price it felt like noone cared or even wanted to work with me. Then I walked in and met Bil first new car ever and I wanted the rite car for the rite price it felt like noone cared or even wanted to work with me. Then I walked in and met Bill Murray, and ive gotta say he's a great guy. He let me vent on all the things that made me crazy and he said "look I agree you werent taken care of properly and you should." True to his word he met every requirment I had as best he could and some he exceeded beyond what I expected. He is an honest stand up salesman with at least 30 years exp. He doesnt just sell you a car he sells you a family! James Berry had my back he did everything in his power to take as little money from my little piggy bank that was possible before I started to cry as my saving depleted. J/k James made every financial mauever possibility he could available and fought to get me the lowest intrest rate possible so I could get the new beautiful car home. If you ever need a car ask for Bill Murray and James Berry its like picking the A-team or Varsity team you cant fail and you will feel good. Stop by ask questions and ask for Bill Tell them Jay sent you. More
The day we bought our 2011 Outback our daughter also bought a 2011 Mazda. Josh was extremely helpful in getting the cars we wanted and at a good price. When taking the protective tape off the Mazda he n bought a 2011 Mazda. Josh was extremely helpful in getting the cars we wanted and at a good price. When taking the protective tape off the Mazda he noticed a rather large scratch and told my daughter to take the demo car home and he would have another exact Mazda for her in a few days. He kept his promise and also did a little extra for the delay. We really feel Josh took care of us more like a friend than just another customer. The fact that we purchased two cars from Josh the same day says it all! More

He was not a "shark" and was out for me, the consumer. He worked with me in all aspects and was very kind and generous to me and my brother when looking for a new car for myself. He even bought us a pizza pie and water after being there for a few hours! It may not sound like alot or maybe even to be expected, but in regards to my review i felt cared for as a customer and a human being. I had a good experience at the Lester Glenn Toms RIver office. Everyone was courteous and answered all of my questions. Mr Shapiro was exceptionally patient and I would reccommed him and this dealership office. Everyone was courteous and answered all of my questions. However, I will not reccomend Wayne Mazda, for i had contacted them first and they did not return any of my calls or fax me the credit application like the said they would after I called them 3 times to remind them.
