This is the first dealership in a long line of dealers my husband and I have visited where I didn't feel the urge to run away. There were no tricks, no time-consuming negotiations, no arguments, no verification with multiple hidden managers in "back rooms"--everything went smoothly. Bill answered my questions, asked a few of his own to ensure I found the perfect car for me and I ended up buying a car. Bill tended to every aspect of the sale, transfer of insurance, title, plates, etc. He even called to see that I got home fine and again, asking how I like the car. This was probably one of the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman John Dipalo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling as well as the dealerships abi have had in purchasing a new vehicle. The showroom personnel were neat in appearance,well spoken and polite. I found the finance and office staff to be very helpful. The service department appeared to be very neat and run orderly.
