After weeks and weeks of car shopping, and dealing with arrogant and unfriendly salesmen, I was recommended to Dan Deuber at Mazda. I have NEVER had more of an honest and friendly experience at a car deale arrogant and unfriendly salesmen, I was recommended to Dan Deuber at Mazda. I have NEVER had more of an honest and friendly experience at a car dealership before. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or that he was trying to sell me a car that was worth less than I was going to pay. He truly understood what I was looking for and what I could afford as far as payment was concerned, and he did everything in his power to help me. At first I couldn't find anything to match what I wanted, but him and the management team there did everything they could to find me a car that was perfect for me. He called me right away when something came up and I couldn't pass up the offer. I was looking for a needle in a hay stack and they truly helped me find it. I am so happy with my Mazda 3 and I will recommend ANYONE to go to this dealership. More

As I wanted to deal PLEASE READ MY COMMENT CAREFULLY I live in Bridgewater, NJ but my family in Toms River has dealt with Lester Glenn for years. As I wanted to deal w/ someone i could trust, I spent several hours on the phone working out numbers (which were very important to me) before I even drove down to get serious with these guys. THEY WERE GREAT. We talked back and forth and I told them my budgetary concerns. Then made every move possible and we got to great numbers (I mean awesome). I drove down and to my benefit, there was a change in inventory that allowed me to walk into a more modern model and they honored the previous year price that we talked about. We started doing paper work and then came the bad news.....My insurance premium rose far more than I expected (i called and confirmed twice). It had nothing to do with the dealers at Mazda, and it was totally founded on a previous miscommunication with my insurance company from the night before. After long contemplation, I had to put down my pen at about 8pm at night and say "I've got to go back and just re-work my numbers (for several family concerns). You could imagine my horror as I presented this to everyone that work so kindly with me. The moral of the story is THESE GUYS DIDN'T PRESSURE ME TO STAY AT ALL. We all gathered around as I had a small panic attack and talked over coffee and they basically indicated that they wouldn't feel right if i walked away with regret. Thats more important to any car buyer than non-life saving feature a car could provide. We talked, if my numbers are OK back at home, I'll be back in a few days, but I certainly thought it was worth mentioning that these guys deserve 5s all the way from a guy that has not yet even bought a car. More
Dave is a great sales person. He was not pushy and very accomodating. I appreciated his service and will definitely go back. We shopped around at many car dealers before landing at Lester Glenn Mazda. We were instantly greeted by Mike and Dan who made us feel comfortable. There were no high pressure sales pitches, they were honest, helpful & friendly. I believe that we got the best price & their customer service is exceptional. They were straight forward and pleasant to deal with. There was no game playing, they offered the best deal & aimed to get us the best financing rate available. We are very pleased with our Mazda RX9 and the staff at Lester Glenn Mazda. I will shout their praises from the rooftops and share our positive experience with anyone who will listen!!!! Amazing experience!!! This dealership is the place to go. Not only are the vehicles gorgeous and sleek and very inexpensive, the personnel are amazing. From the time we walked in the store we felt like family. They did everything in their power to help us get the vehicle that we wanted in a timely manner and at the price we wanted. Dave, the salesman, was very friendly, understanding and helpful in getting an understanding of our needs and getting them met. Mike, the sales manager, understood where we were at and where we wanted to be and made it happen. Luke, the finance manager, was very understanding and got us in and out with the paperwork with no xx. We would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone who was looking for a new or used vehicle. In fact, we recommended a family member the night that we got home. When we were leaving, our salesman advised us that they had already set up an appointment for our first service for us and we would be getting an email a week before to remind us. How amazing is that? You get free oil changes for the life of your vehicle (every 7,500 miles) and courtesy cars if they need to keep your vehicle over night. They have a shuttle service if you need to drop off your vehicle and can't wait for it. What more could you ask for in a dealership?
