My first experience with Lester Glenn. They were friendly and straight forward. I looked on the internet for competitive prices. Then came into Lester Glenn to check them out. Turned out that push come to shove some other Mazda dealers were doing the bait and switch and just wanted me to come in so they could work me over. Nick and Lee located the car I wanted at the port and made a competitive deal so that I was able to get just what I wanted and for a fair price. The service department worked on my other car and was communicative and actually listened to what I had to say. Lester Glenn's Mazda service department was better than the Monmouth County Lexus dealer's service department who never took me seriously, thought I didn't have any knowledge about autos (and I run 15 vehicle commercial fleet), and after 3 visits never fixed the LX460 that I just learned to live with the motor not running properly.
