I ended up buying a new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I went with a deal through my credit union that set a pre-negotiated price and the price was excellent. I came into the Mazda showroom at 8:30pm on a Tuesday after the service department at Toyota gave me an estimate for my RAV4. After speaking with Adonis about the Cx5, it made more sense to just purchase a new car that fit all of my work supplies, had better gas mileage, and looked sporty. For the first time in my life, buying a car was actually enjoyable even when we were there until 10pm! Never loose the great attitude Adonis. I would recommend Lester Glenn, Mazda, my new Cx5 and Adonis as a salesman to any of my friends and family. More

Larry Royce always called me back promptly and answered my questions. I just have one issue regarding the options that were listed on the vehicle in addition to the standard equipment. That info was not with the paperwork that I brought home. I left a message for Larry and he left me a message advising that the added options were door guards, fabric protection and striping. I do not see any striping on the vehicle. The dealership was closed by the time I could get back to Larry. I left him a message and I am sure that he will call me back on Monday and we can clarify this issue. I was so excited to get my new car that I did not even notice this before leaving the dealer. Went to purchase a new mazda after hearing on the radio "Come in and purchase a new car from the Lester Glenn Family and receive a $2500 AE gift card." Well I went in Presidents Day and the salesman did no "Come in and purchase a new car from the Lester Glenn Family and receive a $2500 AE gift card." Well I went in Presidents Day and the salesman did not know anything about the promotion until we went online to see the ad. He said that that meant they can take $2500 off the price of a vehicle. Well the E-Price I received was $20,390 and subtracting $2500 would be $17,890. I paid more than that. When he mentioned to his manager that I was going to complain to the owner about false advertising, the manager just kept walking. This is why buying a new car experience is so unpleasant. I did leave a message for Adam K.in his voice mail to please call me back so we could discuss this further and I have not heard back. SO MUCH FOR THE LESTER GLENN EXPERIANCE. More
