A no stress under 2 hour process from start to finish. First let me start off by saying I knew exactly what I wanted and my price boundaries ( did extensive research online for the car I wanted). I walked around for about 2-3 minutes before I was greeted by Larry who came up with a warm greeting. I told him what I wanted and after a brief discussion about the car ('15 mazda 3 i sport) went and sat down to discuss options. I had an '11 mazda that I bought from the same dealership 4 years ago and the trade in value was excellent. I explained I wanted a little more than fair value and they were able to bump it up tot he lower end of good. Went back and forth about 3 times before everyone agreed on the payment scale and the value. I would say this process took no more than an hour tops. All and all I was pleasantly surprised they were able to meet my target monthly payments with very little resistance as they were more than willing to deal and I was pretty firm on what I wanted to pay. Great experience and no stress at all. More

Glenn Wolfson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and held the car of my choice for a week while I worked out the details from a recent car accident for which this new car was a replacement. To my surprise, when I went into the dealership for the financial portion of the purchase, Nick Ondeyka had all of the financial information ready, explained everything involved thoroughly. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, the shortest time that I have ever experienced in my car buying history. I love my new car, the tech package is amazing and it is a delight to drive. Thank you all for the great experience! More

I purchased a fantastic new vehicle from these losers and they will not do any warranty work. They do not do anything after the sale for the customer. Their hyundai location told my wife steering and transmission failures aren't covered in a bumper to bumper warranty and would not inspect. My mazda wanders on the highway and they blame the air pressure. Anything to get the customer away until the warranty expires. Overpriced bg sservices. Refilled my washer fluid with water in winter. xxxx BAGS! Close your doors and get out, you stink. More
