I was happy I was overall happy with my experience. Definitely a little more than I wanted to pay a month, I'm just starting to establish my career while still h I was overall happy with my experience. However, I atleast know that I'm getting what I pay for, I absolutely love my new car, The service was good, friendly staff and extremely patient. Although there were a few issues with some of my information the staff stayed with us probably much later than they wanted to and stayed professional and friendly while also getting the problem resolved so I could leave that night with my new car. With that being said, although I am less than thrilled about the amount i'm paying a month (even though I know its reasonable) I gave my overall experience a 5/5 due to the patience and determination of the staff. Basically, the good outweighed the bad. My family and I will absolutely be returning to lester glenn for future purchases. More

Smooth and simple I went in looking to test drive a mazda2. I had called to make sure they had what I wanted. It was ready for me to drive when I got there. Any other sales person would have laughed at me when I told them I wanted to get out of a lease 2.5 years early and get into another car but Ron, while not promising me anything, at least took the time to see what could be done, if anything. Great salesperson Bought a car last night from Lester Glenn Mazda. I had previously purchased a Mazda from them four years ago and although I loved my car, my sales experience left me with a bad impression of the dealership. The manager was so rude and I almost did not purchase a car from them for that reason. However, dealing with Ron Jones certainly changed my mind. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all! He really took the time to make sure that I knew all options available to me so that I felt comfortable about my decision.
