While having the car serviced I visited the show room and found thaat I could replace my 'owned 07 MX-5 for a leased 14 MX5 at the same monthly payment. The negotiation process went smoothly, with no hidden add-ons. I declined the arbitration clause, and this was agreed to with no hassle. Several days fter the car was delivered, a small piece was found to be missing. This was replaced by the dealership with no argument. At every turn, the experience was satisfactory. I was treated with respect and courtesy by everyone in the organization. More

Immediately, I was put in touch with one of their managers, Anthoy Giordano. He was responsive to my questions, secured me a vehicle which he did not have in stock, and provided a great price. On the day of pick-up, Larry Royce contacted me, told me exactly what time the car would be ready, and he was man of his word. I arrived at the dealership, Larry was ready with all of my paperwork, and very thorough. He went over the entire vehicle with me before my final meeting with Nick in the finance department. Nick too had all of my paperwork ready to go, and explained everything in detail. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour, driving home in my new ride. My salesman Larry Royce was excellent in helping me find the right Mazda for my needs. Because of the exemplary customer service I received from Larry, I decided to buy my Mazda 3 hatchback there. Unfortunately, there was a small snag in the paperwork when completing my purchase. I sent an email in the evening voicing a concern I had. Now sometimes mistakes happen but what I didn’t expect was to get a call the next day bright and early from the general manager to address my concern. The management staff went out of their way to make sure any problem I had was addressed. Overall, I would rate my experience with Lester Glenn as excellent. They went out of their way to get me the best financing rates for my car loan, provided me with an excellent price and made sure that I was thoroughly satisfied with the car I was buying as well as the purchasing process. Bought a car in 1.5 hours I went into the dealership knowing the car i wanted and i let Ron know i was very short of time. Even though they have a small inventory of used vehicles, they had the best selection and some of the best prices. They also had a great selection of new Mazdas in a wide price range. This is definitely the first dealership we will be going back to for the next car! More
