I did not have any friends, acquaintances or relatives there and just walked in. I was greeted warmly and immediately I found I was not pushed to buy, but rather very openly given information and having my questions answered. This lead to my getting a very good price for a new vehicle and receiving an excellent sum for my trade in car. I did shop around and did my on-line research. Other local dealers were not able to offer me the same. I had an excellent car buying experience, much better than in my past 40 plus years. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone.
