I went to the dealership because my tire gauge warning indicator was lit. It took them 2 hours to patch the tire. They were also supposed to change my oil, but the sales rep told me 'he might have missed indicator was lit. It took them 2 hours to patch the tire. They were also supposed to change my oil, but the sales rep told me 'he might have missed that'. Two hours for a tire patch and then the technician forgot to change my oil. I realized this was the case because the sticker was never changed. At least the service rep called me, but really wasn't very apologetic. An update.. The service tech called, apologized for the mishap, and offered to have the car picked up for the oil change. I explained that I was 35 mins away but he said he would still have someone come. I don't know where this change of heart came from, but it doesn't really matter. He apologized again and offered to do whatever it took to make me, the customer, happy. More

Our experience was great . We were able to test drive and buy the car we wanted quickly and easily. Being a first time car buyer, Larry wasn't exactly put in the easiest of positions, especially given my unestablished credit score. My original plan was to buy a brand new 2013 mazda 3. After much negotiation, it turns out that car could not fit my budget. After getting ready to leave Larry pulled out a 2011 mazda 3 with about 13,600 miles to it in great condition and had so my payments were actually slightly under my max a month payment. Larry was very patient & calm working with a new car buyer such as myself. When it came to crunching numbers, Dave was very precise about going over the paper work with me. Explained what each page was before I signed. Understood that certain packages just could not fit my limited budget and did not push them at all. The only issue I had was with service. I do not remember the young man's name but he was the only negative expierence I had. When my car was taken to be cleaned, it came back with dirt & mud still along the trim of the trunk. After having that cleaned and finishing up the final touches, it was time to leave. I was told the first tank of gas would be on the dealership. When I got in the car to leave, it was only 3/4 full.
