After shopping at several dealers, we knew which car we wanted and had a pretty good idea what it should cost. Unlike many other dealers who forced us to visit them and go through a ridiculous negotiation process where the salesperson goes round and round with a phantom manager, we were able to have an intelligent telephone conversation with Ron that resulted a prompt agreement, upon which we drove to the dealership and drove home with a new vehicle, delivered exactly as promised. While this was a very positive experience, upon getting the vehicle home we discovered that the spare tire was missing. One to call to Ron, however, resulted in his promise to make it right and we were able to pick up the missing tire a week later when our new plates came in. All in all, we were very satisfied and impressed with the car buying experience and would recommend Ron and Mike. Consumers should ALWAYS do their homework when making such a major purchase, and in this case, that would include visiting other dealers. But before you buy however, I'd call Ron and Mike and give them the opportunity to quote you. Based on our experience, you won't be disappointed. More
