After shopping at several dealers, we knew which car we wanted and had a pretty good idea what it should cost. As a final check, we contacted Lester Glenn, a dealership 45 minutes from our home, and spoke with manager Ron Garguilo. Unlike many other dealers who forced us to visit them and go through a ridiculous negotiation process where the salesperson goes round and round with a phantom manager, we were able to have an intelligent telephone conversation with Ron that resulted a prompt agreement, upon which we drove to the dealership and drove home with a new vehicle, delivered exactly as promised. While this was a very positive experience, upon getting the vehicle home we discovered that the spare tire was missing. One to call to Ron, however, resulted in his promise to make it right and we were able to pick up the missing tire a week later when our new plates came in. All in all, we were very satisfied and impressed with the car buying experience and would recommend Ron and Mike. Consumers should ALWAYS do their homework when making such a major purchase, and in this case, that would include visiting other dealers. But before you buy however, I'd call Ron and Mike and give them the opportunity to quote you. Based on our experience, you won't be disappointed. More

Matt is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet, his attention to detail and follow up was amazing. He took the time to explain any issue my car had and how it would be corrected and when it would be ready. This is the way service should be, nice and easy. My sales rep Mike Erli was there with us from the beginning till end..with no pressure at all...I finished my entire purchase via email. Lot of emails back and forth but I never got a pressure to show up personally or even call. Being honest from day one and no pressure at all from anyone are the two reason why we decided to buy from them even through they are an hour and half from us and there are two dealers close to10 mins from our place.
