Heather was standing outside by the front door when I got out of my car and greeted me very quickly. She work with me and she made sure I could finance a new car before showing me any cars which I thought wa out of my car and greeted me very quickly. She did not try to show me cars above what I could afford and we found one very quickly that I liked. As a sales person she is GREAT and I would recommend her to anybody I know. Mike worked with me to get a payment I could afford and when the paperwork was ready to be signed he even got my payments $35.00 lower than expected with an extended warranty and GAP insurance. He did not try to push anything extra on me which is rare for an F&I person If anybody I know goes to Lester Glenn to buy a car I will tell them ask for Heather and ask to have Mike handle the finance part. I always liked the Sonata and I couldn't be happier with it. The Sonata is very elligant, classy, and I'm constantly getting compliments on my new car. I've owned 4 cars and this experience was by far the best, most thorough, and least time consuming yet! I have told quite a few people all ready, if you want a Hyundai, go to Lester Glenn. They are courteous, respectful, and actually care about the customer. When I walked in and made the statement to Shawn, "Shoot me straight, or don't shoot me at all" that is exactly what I got.
