The staff was more than willing to help us, and we ended up leaving with a brand new 2013 Veloster. We love this car more than any other we've had. The next day we noticed a scratch on the speedometer screen- so we brought it back in. Even though the scratch was minor, they understood our disappointment and rush ordered a new screen for us.
