One of the things I've noticed right away is the honesty and care for our needs. Do they want to sale: of course, but their primary is caring about where you are and what they can do to help moving you forw and care for our needs. Watching how they cooperate with each other rather then compete, as I've seen in other dealerships, was so refreshing and inspiring, it's something that leaves you with a good taste even after you bought the car. It feels they have nothing to hide and don't come with any hidden agendas. We were so happy we made business with Hyundai in Tom's River which was about an hour away from where we live, it was worth the trip (we went twice, since we weren't ready to pick up the car the first time). So don't compromise about what you buy and more important who you buy it from, it is not less important. Mike Erli, Brian Showers, Brian Pataky and J.P Dasiva were amazing to work with. They did all the research I asked them to do as well as answered all the questions I had. Once the car was in, they called me right away and had it ready and waiting for me to test drive. The paperwork was done in a timely fashion and they found me the best deal possible (including warranties) After completing the purchase of the vehicle I left the dealership thinking I would never go to another place to buy a car. Ive been looking for a white elantra for about 2 years and we have had nothing but horrible experiences at others deanships. What I loved most about our sales guy jp was that he listened to what I wanted and he did not try and talk me out of the color or style which immediately make me mad at the other places we went to. He stayed in contact with me, updated me and stayed positive. This was the car I've been thinking and dreaming about for almost two years we had been lied to we had a money taken and lester Glenn in toms river finally made it happen, I still can't believe as I sit in my car that it's really mine. I am from Paramus, NJ and originally visited the local dealership here. It was very unpleasant. I left confused, disappointed and convinced that I would just stick it out with my 2003 Sonata one more ye dealership here. It was very unpleasant. I left confused, disappointed and convinced that I would just stick it out with my 2003 Sonata one more year. During a conversation with an old friend, they said "come down to Tom's River... we deal with Heather McCrum and have always been very happy." I drove the 90 miles and it was such a positive experience that I will never go anywhere else. I also won't hesitate to spread the word.
