We spoke to Mike Barnes and Al Machado a couple of weeks ago about our concerns. (We bought a 2011 Hyundai Accent from Lester Glenn last year. Al was the salesman we dealt with then and we were very satisfied) So when Al and Mike said they would arrange to let us have a 2013 Santa Fe overnight to drive on the highway and around town, we were very happy. We really liked the feel of the auto on the road and how comfortable it was. We went back to see Mike and Al yesterday to see if they had the Santa Fe in white which we wanted and the packages we had chosen. Unfortunately, they didn't have one on either of their lots or at their other location. They did have a beautiful white one in the showroom but it was a turbo and an AWD. We were sure we couldn't afford this vehicle. However, Al and Mike said we should take it out for a drive and while we were out they would work up some numbers for us to consider. We loved the power (pickup) with the turbo and the drive and ride were great. When we returned to the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised when we reviewed the numbers that they presented to us. We were able to purchase this beautiful vehicle and stay within our budget. Lester Glenn is a class A operation and the people we dealt with (Al and Mike) will bring us back the next time we need to purchased a vehicle. More

I always look for Frank to help me in purchasing a car due to his knowledge of the product he sells and his ability to relay this knowledge without pressure allowing the customer to make his/her own decision. Frank can multi-task, helping several people at once without ever making the customer feel that he/she is taking up too much time. He goes out of his way to make the sale a great experience for the customer. He is willing to work with the customer so that everyone is happy in the end. Frank extended himself again today by helping me get the registration for my new car expedited. There appears to be no end to the service. Also, every time I bring my cars in for maintenance, Frank comes over, shakes my hand, and even remembers my name and my wife’s name. To give me a blank slate to write, I want to tell you a story. My wife and I just thought we would start looking around for a vehicle that will go in snow and good a reliable vehicle. Well, my wife said lets go to Lester Glenn because when she spoke with Kim and from that point on she said lets go there first, and so, off we went. We started with J.P starting a conversation about my Land Cruiser 1988. He knew alot and made us already feel at home. We were looking for the Santa Fe and instead went to the Tucson. We drove out and drove it around and I could tell that my wife was enjoying and handling the Tucson with ease. All the while J.P was saying try this and try that and push this and push that. All we now needed was the right color and inside we went. J.P asked if I had my discharge papers and then he started to do his magic as well as taking care of the veterans, like I am. All the while making us feel like he was a friend of ours, we felt at home. I got a coffee and donuts and soda and we settled in (we were going to stay the night with this friendly atmosphere). Everyone J.P introduced made you feel at home and financial director was also very good to us. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this person and all the others. I can only say that we did buy our Hyundai Tucson 2012 and the whole package and the price was right. You might buy somewhere else but you are making a big mistake, trust me. To come to the end of the story, we made a new friend, someone who cares, gives us his cell phone number and tells us that if we have any problems to call him personally. What more can you ask. I have to say I had the BEST experience car shopping and purchasing at this dealership. We went to "look" and immediately meet Frank and he was very nice and not putting any pressure on us.
