We started our car search online. After researching several car dealership websites we decided to buy a Hyundai Veracruz from Lester Glenn Hyundai. We dealt with Elyse Crawford from Internet Sales who several car dealership websites we decided to buy a Hyundai Veracruz from Lester Glenn Hyundai. We dealt with Elyse Crawford from Internet Sales who then put us in contact with Ron Gargiolo. Ron knew we were driving over an hour to get this vehicle and he made sure the vehicle was there for us. Once we arrived at the dealership Ron introduced us to Heather McCrum. Heather brought us our vehicle, took us for a test drive and informed us of all the good reasons to purchase the Veracruz. Everyone whom we dealt with was friendly and down to earth. We never felt any pressure to buy this vehicle. It was a great experience and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle we'd definitely make the drive again to Lester Glenn. More

I brought my wife’s car, 2010 Sonata, in for service, Brian Showers, VIP Manager, alerted me this Mike Barnes, Lester Glenn, Toms River, New Jersey. I brought my wife’s car, 2010 Sonata, in for service, Brian Showers, VIP Manager, alerted me this car may qualify for a swap to a 2013, Sonata with all the same features and options. The deal offered to me was fantastic – I left Lester Glenn with a 2013. No pressure, a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mike Barnes. This was my first new car buying experience and it was everything I would have hoped for! I was very timid about the process but after consulting close family and friends, my fiance, Kevin, and I were dir everything I would have hoped for! I was very timid about the process but after consulting close family and friends, my fiance, Kevin, and I were directed to Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River. As we stepped on to the lot to look around, we were offered assistance and left alone after asking if we could just look, which was exactly what we wanted! Once we came back to the show room, Tina cheerfully greeted us and offered to show us some of the models we had liked from outside. I am super indecisive and I had little to no "must-have" features (my old car being a manual '95 Honda), and Tina was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable of each model and feature we inquired about. We then enjoyed 3 test drives in the Sonata, Tuscon and Elantra. During each test drive, Tina explained the different features for both comfort and safety and made me feel at ease in cars that seemed like spaceships to me at first! Each car drove wonderfully so it was tough to decide which I liked best, but we decided on the Tucson GLS (heated seats have completely spoiled me!). We discussed pricing options and trade-in details with Tina and Al, and left that night with a LOT of information to go over. After spending the night and following day comparing pricing of the Tucson with competing dealerships, it was clear that our friends and family had steered us in the right direction and after not even 24 hours, Kevin was back at Lester Glenn working with Mike, Al and Tina to ensure we received it. I am positively ecstatic with our new Tuscon! Big thank you to Tina and the staff for being so wonderfully helpful! We're already talking about coming back when it's Kevin's time for a new car. I would never buy another car at this dealership When we questioned the price quoted and what we paid we were basically called liars. When we asked about the price on the paper work we weere told it was the questioned the price quoted and what we paid we were basically called liars. When we asked about the price on the paper work we weere told it was the addons. But the sticker was not displayed on the window and it contained the add on amounts. Never found it until weeks later under all the other paperwork in the glove compartment. More
Had a good repeat experience with Lester Glenn Hyundai. My only complaint is that it took 5 hours to buy my car and drive it off the lot. Way too long for what is and should be a simple transaction. Our experience working with Frank was very nice. He was knowledgable about the Hyundai brand and was able to answer all questions that we asked. Frank went out of his was to be sure we were comfortable wi knowledgable about the Hyundai brand and was able to answer all questions that we asked. Frank went out of his was to be sure we were comfortable with our choice of the Sonata. He went over and over all the aspects of the car until he knew we were sure to understand and remember them. He even went over what we needed to do when we came in for either routine maintenance or service and actually walked us through the dealership to the service department. When it came time for us to speak with the finance department, Brian went over all the details with us and it was not a painful but pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn and especially Frank Acquaviva if anyone is looking for a new vehicle. More
