We began looking for a new vehicle to replace my wife's Acura TL about two months ago. After reviewing the Sonata TL information on the web we went to the dealership to check them out. Sal was very helpful and spent nearly an hour with us talking about the options that could be available in so far as early termination of a lease and getting the best combination of options and pricing. When we made the decision to purchase, Sal was not available (with other customers) but Heather jumped right in and provided even more information about the Sonata and really established a good rapport with my wife (who had the final say on this purchase anyway as it is her car). Not only did Heather put a pretty good package together, she also moved our purchase along quickly and thought to ask my veteran status which also saved us money (THANK YOU for adding this benefit!) The final contact was Dave Shinn in Finance who actually went one step farther for us helping to cut my interest rate from 4% to 0.9%!
