Devon was quick, knowledgable and unflaggingly cheerful, as were all the people we dealt with throughout the process. When we decided to buy, we didn't hear the usual "This deal is only valid if you sign today (or this week or this month, or whatever)" baloney. The process of buying a vehicle is, admittedly, time consuming, but the people we dealt with, including the finance manager, dealership manager and the service person who evaluated our trade-in really made us feel comfortable.
