Karen helped me navigate through my first ever car buying experience. Karen absolutely helped me achieve this. She accompanied me on several test drives, but only after thoroughly explaining the features each car had to offer. I most appreciated Karen's candidness and honesty, and the time she gave me to consult with friends and family before finally deciding to purchase. When we learned that the exact make and model I wanted was not available on site, she was able to locate a brand new vehicle on one of their incoming delivery trucks, and even kept an eye on it for me before I was able to pick it up to ensure it had the exact specifications I was looking for (as a PA buyer, I didn't want holes in the front bumper for a front license plate, and she guaranteed the dealership wouldn't drill them unless I wanted them!). I would highly recommend consulting with Karen and Lester Glenn for your next car buying purchase. It's nearly two hours away from home for me, but I can say with certainty that I'll be back.
