THE LESTER GLENN EXPERIENCE I made an appointment online for Friday the 14th and got a conformation only to have them cancel it for no reason. Then I got another email scheduling I made an appointment online for Friday the 14th and got a conformation only to have them cancel it for no reason. Then I got another email scheduling the oil change again only to get it canceled the night before ( thursday ) at 6:30 pm when I couldn't contact any one. I call the so called SERVICE MANAGER...ha ha Mike Hawkes that morning (friday )only to not received a call back. Mike should not work with customers at all. He likes to pass his call to someone else because I would guess he get a lot of complaint calls. I finally just when for the oil change Friday only to have to wait over an hour to get it done and was not surprised when they didn't put a new sticker on the window so I would know when to get the next oil change. They have sign in the service area that reads OIL CHANGES DONE FAST...I would suggest that they would remove that... That was my LESSER GLENN experience. More
