The vehicle that we had agreed on & signed for was not available in Molten Silver, so your dealership had to search for one for us. Our Tucson was quickly located, but was delivered without 2 items that were originally included in our agreement. Sarah immediately took care of this problem & had these items installed for us when we came to pick it up. She also took a look & found that our plates had arrived without us knowing about it yet, & she proceeded to install them as well, saving us a trip back to your dealership. I also wanted to express my thanks to Mike Serli, Sarah's service manager, who helped to close this deal by really working with us, & also to Mike D'Amelio, who helped with our financing & warranty purchase.
