Amazing customer service! I have worked with Sara before and when I wanted a new car I knew it had to be her again. I wanted to upgrade but wasn’t sure if it was the right deci I have worked with Sara before and when I wanted a new car I knew it had to be her again. I wanted to upgrade but wasn’t sure if it was the right decision for me. She was super understanding, helpful and had a ton of patience. Not once did she make me feel pressured or rushed. I did not feel stressed like I was buying a car but more like discussing it with a friend. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for a car purchase!! More

She lets the car sell itslef. And the 8 cars doesn't even include those she has sold to family and friends. Sarah extremely accomodating and always takes care of us. Lester Glen is lucky to have her. OK. keeping in mind that, yes, car dealers need to make a profit; and, yes, the sales rep also, th Bought a 2020 Hyundai with no gimmicks or pressure. OK. keeping in mind that, yes, car dealers need to make a profit; and, yes, the sales rep also, there was no grief, no hassle, no stress, in buying a 2020 new car from Mr. Vivenzio. Once Mr. Vivenzio was informed of exactly what was desired and given all the specs and limitations and conditions, without hustling you, without 'nickel-dimming-you', Mr. Vivenzio "did the math" and showed the vehicle that was desired, and itemized what would, and, what would not be included in the offer & Sale price range desired. Then, went ahead and made a fair, honorable offer the very fist time. No games; no gimmicks; no bullcrap. Offer made. Offer accepted. Deal made. WoW. no need for bantering, hassling, going through all those games people play. Honorable offer, with 'everything up front'.... Paperwork written up exactly as offered, no hidden scam; no bait-&-switch. DONE.... very, very, very satisfied with the entire process. After going through heart-aches and grief each and every time buying many-a-car in the past, Those days are over. Next time, straight to Lester Glenn Hyundai, and hope that Mr. Vivenzio will be able to assist us the next time again. More

Senior Citizen Charged 44.52 for Oil and Filter Change Joseph Molino was the service consultant I worked with. I was shocked when he presented me with a bill of 44.52 for an Oil and Filter Change. I inquir Joseph Molino was the service consultant I worked with. I was shocked when he presented me with a bill of 44.52 for an Oil and Filter Change. I inquired about a senior citizen discount. His reply was no. On Lester Glen's website there was a promotion MA 1338 for 29.95 expiring 11-27-19, I guess this promotion does not apply to senior citizens. On the Customer's Copy of the Bill, the breakdown was Job 1 Parts $21.99. Job 2 Labor $17.96 Then there was a Misc charge $1.80 and titled Job "A" On page 4 Dealership Copy indicated "A basic oil and filter change with multi-point performed and supplies" totaled 15.82, The dealership has to make a profit but the difference between $44.52 and $15.82. is too great. RECOMMENDATION-suggested to have oil pan resealed (Not replaced or new) which would take 4-5 hours. A loaner car would be provided, but I would have to pay $35.00. Very dissatisfied with treatment towards a senior citizen. Joseph Molino you win the 'SHAME ON YOU employee of year award. More
