Karen was awesome...Amazing experience getting my new car! After months of research and deciding if I wanted a new car, Lester Glenn Hyundai was top on my list since I was interested in the Kona. When I finally went to go look at and test drive the Kona, my father and I were greeted at the door by Karen. She was friendly and very professional during the process, she asked what features I wanted in my car and made sure I got the model that was right for me. Karen and Frank were able to get me at the budget I needed to be and were not pushy at all like some dealerships can be. So, when I wanted to purchased a pre-owned Hyundai I had 100% confidence that I would be treated well again, and Frank and Kyle came through. From the time I walked on to the lot until I drove off in my beautiful 2013 Santa Fe Sport, I felt like family. After researching vehicles and dealerships online, I narrowed my list down to a few SUV’s. I left another dealership after getting a very pushy salesman and went to Lester Glenn Hyundai. As soon as I wa narrowed my list down to a few SUV’s. I left another dealership after getting a very pushy salesman and went to Lester Glenn Hyundai. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Art with a handshake and a smile. I went over what I was looking for and he was quick to find me something that matched all my criteria. He went over all the features and let me test drive the Tucson and Santa Fe so I could compare the two. I ended up with a Santa Fe that I love, and he worked with me to come in at a price that fit my budget. From start to finish, I had a smooth, friendly experience. I would definitely return and would recommend this dealer (and Art) to anyone! More
