The salesman was kind, patient, and completely professional. He showed me how everything operated on the car, set up my phone, etc. I felt that he did everything he could to make this a pleasant experience for me and it was. Great car buying experience and I made a friend I walked into Lester Glenn Hyundai and Patrick walked up after a minute or 2 and asked if he could help me with anything. I mentioned I was looking for a new car but not ready just yet maybe in a month or 2. Patrick had no problem and even took me on 2 different test drives explained the difference in vehicles and made recommendations. I said thank yo and good bye. absolutely no pressure to buy then. A month later I was ready to buy and I called Patrick set up an appointment and was driving a new Tucson home 4 hrs later, and get this. I was happy when I walked out as I felt like not only did I get the car I wanted but was treated like a friend. This is my 4th car I bough from Lester Glenn BTW. More

He made the whole experience very good. The day before my husband had a very bad experience with another dealership and went into it not expecting much. But Frank Acquaviva and the folks at Lester Glenn turned him around and we ended up getting a wonderful car at a wonderful price. We will recommend them to others that is for sure. More
