From the moment we walked thru the doors, we were greeted with a smile and directed to Jason. I told Jason what I was looking to see and my needs and he showed me the new 2020 Palisade. We took it for a test with a smile and directed to Jason. I told Jason what I was looking to see and my needs and he showed me the new 2020 Palisade. We took it for a test drive and he showed me all of the bells and whistles. I wasn't a fan of the interior color of the one we test drive, so Jason went back outside in the rain to look at the others on the lot to see if my request was avail on the lot, it was! After the test drive, we went back inside and started talking about making the purchase. While sitting with him, my husband found a truck on the lot of Lester Glenn Ford and asked if Jason could get that truck to Toms River for us to look at. He made a phone call and asked us when we wanted to come back to look at the other truck. We did not feel pressured into making any kind if deals on the Palisade. We set up an appt to meet with him a few days later. Upon coming back on 12/19, the Ford truck was there for us to look at and the Pailsade I fell in love with was still there too. Long story short, we purchased both trucks that night! Jason made the entire process easy and was concerned for our comfort and happiness the entire time we were there. He got me coffee, waters for my children and even offered to order us a pizza for dinner! He got us both great prices for our trade ins and was able to get our payments into our comfort zone. The dealership was busier that night and we didn't finalize our paperwork with the finance manager till just before closing. Jason came outside and continued to show me features of my truck, despite the cold and despite his shift was over and the dealership was closing. Throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed or pressured. Jason even called the next day to check how things were going. I came back on Saturday to show him the pinstriping wasn't sittung well and he gave me options to having it repaired. The entire process was a good one! I'll definitely recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai and Jason to anyone I know that's looking for a new car! More
