Everyone we dealt with, from the hostess at the front desk when you walk in to Alex and Jeff and the Finance & Sales Managers was such a pleasant family-like experience. The Service Department is Excellent. I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone. They have gone above and beyond to help me fix a few items (including the Bluetooth) in my vehicle and I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone. They have gone above and beyond to help me fix a few items (including the Bluetooth) in my vehicle and keep the costs to a minimum. Eveyone was there to help solve the problems i was explaining were happening. They're always polite, reliable and honest. I've never had that experience with other dealerships. I was very pleased with Lester Glenn Honda of Sea Girt. I had gone to several Honda dealers and was not satisfied. I went to Lester Glenn Honda in mid April and I met with John Morris and explained what I had gone to several Honda dealers and was not satisfied. I went to Lester Glenn Honda in mid April and I met with John Morris and explained what I was looking for. John checked his listings and indicated that the car I wanted would be coming in June. I left a deposit. Very shortly thereafter John contacted me and said my car would be coming in within 2 week. John was very polite and professional all the way. He kept me advised of the delivery status whenever he had an update. Around May 11, John called to tell me my car would be in within a day or two. On May 12, he called to advise me that my car was there and I could come to pick it up. I was thrilled with the fast turnaround. I picked my new car up on May 13 and cannot express how easy my whole buying experience was with John Morris and Lester Glenn Honda. John Morris is an A+ employee and salesman. I would most definitely recommend John and Lester Glenn Honda to all my friends. More
