I visited the dealership on 4/19/24 to see about buying a used 2020 Honda Odyssey. I called ahead and made an appointment with JP DaSilva because I saw from Google and dealerrater.com that he had so many oth used 2020 Honda Odyssey. I'm glad I did because all those reviews were correct in saying how wonderful he was to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no tedious back and forth haggling, we got straight to the out the door price and worked from there. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike Campbell in finance who was also very kind and helped me get out of there quickly. After the vehicle was purchased, while I was with Mike in finance, JP even went ahead and installed my ezpass and my car seats into the new car. Purchased another honda from Lester Glenn (Wall NJ) about 2 weeks ago. Another great experience. Our salesman Alex was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
