My wife and I have been to four dealerships before deciding from whom to purchase our new C-RV. Chris Voigt was our salesman. We found him to be a consummate one. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, thorough in his business, friendly and often times humorous, and indeed quite patient. I wonder if “pressure” is in his vocabulary. And I believe that we got a good price overall. Another salesman we came in contact with was Mike Campbell. We had difficulty “programming” Bluetooth to communicate with my wife’s cellphone due to the phone’s outdated software, so Chris requested Mike to help us. Mike seemed to be a technology “guru”. Not only does Mike know his business and was able to solve the problem, but was quite gracious about it. We understood that he had just returned from having dental surgery, yet he was easygoing and articulate. Thank you Coast Honda for a very positive buying experience. I cannot comment on your service department because we have not had any experience with them. More
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Coast Honda. The most recent occasion was due to a dead battery. After calling the dealership, Pat M. came to me at my daughter's school, where he proceed Honda. The most recent occasion was due to a dead battery. After calling the dealership, Pat M. came to me at my daughter's school, where he proceeded to hook some sort of machine up to my battery and jump start my car. I followed him to the dealership where they already knew I was coming in to get a new battery. I pulled my car in, took all three of my kids out and went into the play area. I had Pat and a very nice service guy check on me and update me with my car's status. Before I knew it, I had my bill in hand and it was much less than I thought it would be. Overall, it took about an hour from breaking down to walking out of the dealership with a new battery! I never would expect this kind of wonderful treatment from a car dealership, but it is because of this, I continue to have my car serviced at the dealership that I purchased it from! More
My husband and I were in and out of the dealership in less then 1 1/2 hours and I was driving my new Honda Civic. Our salesman James Kavanagh was very professional and extremely helpful. I first met Chris 3 years ago when I was looking to lease a Honda Civic. I was not well, and Chris made it very easy for me to make a deal with him through emails! I couldn't believe how patient, friendly and helpful he was to me. I was so happy to meet him in person and thank him just for showing such great compassion for me at a hard time in my life and for working with me through email, my only choice at the time. Long story short, when our lease was up this past month, we went right back to Chris because of the great experience I had the first time around. If ever there was an angel in the car business, this is the man....he is kind, understanding, humorous and willing to make your car buying/leasing experience a breeze. I will go back to Coast Honda again and again because of Chris Voigt. He really wanted to see us happy. That's what counts. I would highly recommend everyone I know to go to Coast Honda - it's a very friendly place with a great staff. Everyone we spoke to was very nice to us. After talking to Chris for a while, Chris walked away and my 11 year old son turned to me and my husband and said, " I LIKE this guy!" Kids are very perceptive and can usually tell when they have met someone pretty special. Thanks Honda Coast for making our lives easier! More

After an initial visit, my wife and I met with Gary Beninson, test drove the car, and in short order negotiated a reasonable agreement, even with the requisite visit to " the manager". Both Gary and his manager, Jim, were great to work with, as was Bob Caroselli, the paperwork guy. I'd recommend them highly to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

We had a tremendous experience with Mr. Cavanaugh and Coast Honda. Having shopped several dealers, it was immediately apparent that Coast does business the way it should be done. Jim was as straight as the day is long and walked us through our decision making. He gave us the time we needed and didn't pressure us to do used, new or lease; he simply laid it all out there for us, explaining the pros and cons for our situation. Most important, we left the dealership feeling like we had gotten a square deal and had patronized a local business. These guys deserve your business, especially if you are finding that your experience at other dealers is feeling a bit "slick." More
I went in because I received a postcard in the mail about a trade in offer for the new year. I was however disappointed that I could not bring the price down in my monthly payments. Since having purchased my 2010 CRV, my overall credit improved considerablely, and the car I was giving back was in perfect condition with only 13,000 miles, but in order for me to get the 2012 CRV my payments needed to stay the very same, so for that reason alone I was a bit sad. I was hoping the inerest rate would be better; oh, well. However, the staff there is great, as was Mr. Tomaini; sometimes you just can't get everything you want; but I do like the new vehicle. More

We wanted a Honda Pilot but were not getting the service we needed at these dealers to close the deal. A friend, who has been a loyal customer of Coast Honda for close to 15 years, encouraged us to try one more Honda dealership. He assured us that Coast was different. We went in & connected with Gary. I've never met a salesman who knew so much about a car~ he told us about every nook & cranny. He listened to what we were hoping to accomplish & made it happen. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. We closed the deal that day! We were so impressed with the entire sales process & dealership that we made sure to have all servicing done at the service department. Never did I have a complaint. So now we were ready to start thinking about a new lease. We wanted to stay in the Pilot. We met with Gary & would never have considered dealing with anyone else. Gary remembered us, focused on the new technology/upgrades that we wouldn't know about, and worked out a deal we couldn't walk away from! Again one visit, one day, & no stress! I love my new Pilot! I tell everyone I know that they should go to Coast Honda...it really is a unique dealership that makes you feel at ease. I will not even consider talking with another dealership in the future.
