A friend, who has been a loyal customer of Coast Honda for close to 15 years, encouraged us to try one more Honda dealership. He assured us that Coast was different. We went in & connected with Gary. I've never met a salesman who knew so much about a car~ he told us about every nook & cranny. He listened to what we were hoping to accomplish & made it happen. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. We closed the deal that day! We were so impressed with the entire sales process & dealership that we made sure to have all servicing done at the service department. Never did I have a complaint. So now we were ready to start thinking about a new lease. We wanted to stay in the Pilot. We met with Gary & would never have considered dealing with anyone else. Gary remembered us, focused on the new technology/upgrades that we wouldn't know about, and worked out a deal we couldn't walk away from! Again one visit, one day, & no stress! I love my new Pilot! I tell everyone I know that they should go to Coast Honda...it really is a unique dealership that makes you feel at ease. I will not even consider talking with another dealership in the future.
