Pat also helped me to get fair trade in value for my car even though it was from a different manufacturer and he was very accomodating in getting me a price for the vehicle that was commensurate with what my own online research suggested I should be paying. Pat was friendly, professional and fair and he has already followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy with my decision and answer any questions that may have come up. The transaction was fast, haggle free and presented none of those unwanted last minute "surprises" sometimes encountered at establishments with less stringent ethical standards. Highly recommended!!! I was in a bit of a bind. My transmission had died out on my car and it was time to get a new car. Our salesman was Chris Voigt. This was the second purchase we made from Chris, the first in 2009 and then this weekend. This purchase was really a trade in of our 2009 Pilot for a 2012 Pilot. We received a letter from Coast about this deal where no money down and the same amount in a loan payment. We thought there was a catch. But, actually no catch at all. Chris was very good and no tricks!! He was very helpful and patient and at times funny. It was a very relaxing experience. The deal took place over the course of a week because Coast didn't have the color we wanted. Chris was very good about keeping us informed during the week. Chris also kept our appt and got us out in a timely manner as we had a soccer game to attend. I'd go back to see Chris for the next vehicle. Mike Campbell was very good. He helped us with the Bluetooth setup. Mike was very patient and took the time to explain all the features. He too was entertaining. He stressed that if we ever needed any help, We can always call.
