There were many times through this process that he made suggestions that at first I didn't think I would agree with, but after thinking it through, it made a lot of sense. Needless to say we both drove away with brand new CR-V's and we could not be happier. Mike made it happen, he told us when he first met us that he was there to make the deal happen and he did exactly what he said he would do. He spent the time with us until we were comfortable with the payments, even after we added in the extras that we wanted. He made purchasing 2 cars a pleasant event. Locking in a low quote over email and having the car I wanted ready to go when I got there were the most important things to me. I didn't want to waste time and energy on the normal back and forth negotiations at the dealership or make multiple trips to 2 or more dealers. I wanted to sign and drive. Robin exceeded all my expectations in terms of honestly, detail of the quote, and follow her up. She emailed me back and called to let me know she would have a firm out the door quote via email later that day. Robin stood out compared to all the other dealers I contacted by carefully reading my email and responding with full detail on a price for the color, make, and model I wanted. I was shocked how many dealers didn't bother to read or choose to ignore the email I sent containing very specific details I took the time to provide. Even though Coast Honda is over an hour from my house, I knew very early on that they were the dealership I wanted to work with. Robin worked hard to get me the best deal on the exact car I wanted.
